RemoteWell | How was to participate in this training?

RemoteWell | How was to participate in this training?

Participating in the “RemoteWell” training course through Erasmus+ has been an eye-opening experience for me.

It provided valuable insights into volunteering and working together internationally.

The course emphasised the importance of helping and supporting volunteers during the whole process of their experiences, especially those in the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) and international volunteering programs. We talked about ways to overcome challenges, take care of ourselves, and create a supportive environment for personal and professional development.

We also discussed how to find the right volunteers for projects. This involved learning how to interview people, understand their motivations, and see if they have the skills needed for the project.

It’s important to tell others about the projects we’re involved in. The course taught us different ways to do this, like using social media or telling stories.

By sharing our experiences, we can inspire others to join in and discover all the opportunities available.

All these topics were discussed through a lot of activities to help us work well in teams and talk together as a group. We played games and did exercises that made us trust each other more.

These activities helped us learn from each other and become better at working as a team.

Networking was also a big part of the course. We got to meet people from different places, backgrounds, and associations. By working together and sharing ideas, we can do even more to help our communities and create partnerships between the associations.

In conclusion, “RemoteWell” has been an amazing experience. It’s given me the tools and confidence to continue working in the volunteering field and encourage even more young people to participate in these life-changing experiences.
